The 10 Core Things We Need In Psychology

1. A Psychology Faculty. Psychology is so Vast that being a Department is limiting us the students from achieving our goal rather what we gain is speed education where we read to pass exams. We are supposed to have focus on the field we like most (Clinical, Forensic, Organizational, Social) and many more.

2. In Psychology and in our Final Year we shouldn't limit ourselves to only Clinical Posting rather we should also have Forensic Posting, Social posting and many more depending on our field of interest.

3. In Psychology we need to have our Own Psychology students bus. This will help relive us of the sufferings our students have when there is emergency health situation, official departmental movement of students and many more.

4. In Psychology we need tilled classrooms and 1 Locker Per Student Desk. With this our classrooms will look good and also help students to be more Relaxed. We will always be eager to be in the class and study.

5. In Psychology, we Need serious Student/Lecturer Relationship. We need To have meetings always with our Lecturers at least 2 times a month where we can be allowed to ask questions about things bothering us in the Department. Also our Lecturers should be mandated to improve their relationship with students and reduce the high handedness being used on we students.

6. In Psychology We need to have an ICT Center Hall. Where we can go pay little and get our online researches and works done.

7. In Psychology We need to have a well equipped functional Library. The strength of any Disciple always depends on Its book reserve. What we have as Library now is nothing to write home about.

8. In Psychology we should have a good Head of students which we normally call President. When we have good personality representing the students they will always be well informed and also be coordinated in a good manner. In Electing our students leaders we should always involve IQ test for anyone who aspires to Lead the students and if found worthy should be able to contest the Election.

9. In Psychology Department we need equal right of all the students not minding the area of study your in. CEP should be Equal with Regular students as well as Diploma students also. No matter your class or level no student should see himself higher than the other because we are all there to get 1 thing which is the B.SC Certificate.

10. In Psychology we need good and proper offices for our Lecturers. What will always make them to come to school is if there is constant power in their office and also if the office is well equipped and organized. When this is not there we always see that our lecturers sometimes finds it hard to come to school when they don't have classes and with this we can't be opportuned to meet them anytime we have acedemical problems and issues to solve.

This and many more which we shall still list out here are what we think Our Present Unizik Psychology Department is Lacking.
